Mark Hoppus Confirms Blink-182 Will Begin Recording New Album Next Month
In a recent interview with Billboard, Blink-182 bassist Mark Hoppus has revealed that the pop-punk giants will be entering the studio in August, to record their first album with new guitarist Matt Skiba.

Skiba, who is also the guitarist and vocalist of Alkaline Trio, joined the band this year, following former guitarist Tom Delonge’s confusing departure, only a few short years after the band returned from hiatus. Originally hired as a fill-in replacement for Delonge, it was only officially confirmed today that Skiba would be joining Blink-182 on a full-time basis.
